Grief, Loss and Terminal Illness

Grief, Loss and Terminal Illness 〰️

Facing terminal illness or the loss of someone we love can bring us into profound questions about meaning, identity, love, and what it means to be alive.

From an existential perspective,
I work with clients facing loss, terminal illness and grief by creating space to sit honestly with what cannot be changed, to grieve what is being lost while making room for what remains. I do so without trying to resolve these questions or force a positive meaning onto experiences that are inherently painful.

Sometimes the work is simply learning how to stay present with what is here, allowing love, fear, sorrow, and uncertainty to be felt and witnessed.
Drawing from existential and contemplative perspectives, I offer a space to explore these experiences openly and tenderly, without the pressure to have answers. .
