Psychodynamic-Existential Therapy 〰️

So much of what brings us to therapy begins with a feeling of disconnection, the gap between the life we are living and what we actually long for.
Carl Jung and other depth psychologists understood mental health, in part, as a process of integrating the psyche: bringing our outer lives into greater alignment with our inner values and reducing the dissonance between who we are, who we think we should be, and how we live.

I help individuals explore what they truly value, understand the forces that have shaped those values, and begin bringing their lives into greater alignment with what feels meaningful and authentic to them.

I don’t simply listen. I am an active and engaged presence in the room, helping you recognize patterns, question what you have come to believe about yourself, and discover what you genuinely desire, resist, and value. This is the work of a lifetime, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they discover, question, and become more fully themselves.
