  • Who I am

I have earned a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with a focus on Depth Psychology from Antioch University, In addition, I am trained in EMDR therapy and I am certified as a kundalini yoga teacher with an appreciation for mindfulness and self-awareness as a gateway to the self.

I offer in-person sessions working with adults, couples, and teens in West Hollywood and virtual sessions throughout California. In my work with my clients we explore anxiety, depression or traumatic memories as information that affords us a glimpse into their unconscious. These experiences have the potential to help us understand the blocks that hinder us from living a full life rather then being an obstacle to overcome,

I also have a deep interest in neurobiology as it pertains to its effect on our felt and lived experience. I find ways to utilize the latest research to support my clients create the experience they wish to live.
