Psychodynamic Liberation Therapy
in Los Angeles and virtually across California
In our work together, we create space to reconnect with yourself, your heart, your path, and the relationships that give your life meaning.
Why Psychodynamic?
Because healing begins with turning toward the parts of ourselves that have been hurt, shamed, or disconnected.
We explore how these wounds take shape within our intimate relationships and family histories, while holding a wider awareness of the social and cultural systems that shape our lives.
Why through A Liberation lens?
Because our inner lives do not exist in isolation.
A liberation lens recognizes that the systems, cultures, and structures of power around us shape our identities, relationships, choices, and experiences of ourselves.
We can explore what belongs to you, what you have been taught to carry, and what may have been shaped by forces larger than yourself.
In this way, therapy becomes both an inward and outward practice: understanding what we carry, where it came from, and what becomes possible when we meet it with greater awareness and compassion.
Together we help you heal painful experiences and complex traumas, while also holding that these are often sustained by the systems we exist in.
Healing here means
holding both truths,
that our wounds are deeply personal and profoundly systemic.
I help you heal the intimate while naming the structures, so the work restores not just your thoughts and heart,
but also your connection to a safer sovereign world you help shape.
Our process is simple and thoughtful.
